Yes, whatever studio you select, we work with you from design through to construction. The suite fit-out is customised to project your style and meet your business needs. 

Fifth Avenue reduces the unforeseen expenses of opening your own studio, without compromising on your ideals. Angela is with you through the whole process, including the design and fit-out of your personalised studio space.

Yes, all studios have signage opportunities. A majority of our studios come with high traffic frontage that you can utilise with your business signage. 

Everything that ensures your space is fully equipped for your businesses requirements. This can include but is not limited to: flooring, lighting, fittings and fixtures, wallpaper/paint, cabinetry, retail shelving.

Our leases start from $360 per week for short as a 12 month minimum term.

These are all terms that can be negotiated upon signing the lease.
